This page sets out what Webcomp Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit webcompmarketing.com, what it’s used for, and how to have it corrected or removed. It covers this website only — it has no bearing on the ad accounts, pages or campaigns we manage for clients, which are governed by that client’s own engagement terms.

What we collect

Visiting or contacting us through this site can generate two kinds of data:

• Details you hand over directly — name, email, phone number, current spend or campaign details — when you fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp.
• Ordinary browsing data collected in the background — pages viewed, referring source, rough location, device type — through analytics and, where applicable, ad-pixel tools used to measure our own marketing.

No payment information is collected or processed through this website.

What it’s used for

• Replying to enquiries and putting together a scope or quote.
• Seeing which services and pages actually get attention, so we know what to fix.
• Keeping the site working correctly and up to date.

Your information is never sold or passed on for someone else’s marketing.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

This site sets cookies for basic traffic analytics and, since we run our own performance campaigns, tracking pixels to measure how those campaigns perform. Browser settings let you block or clear cookies at any time — the site keeps functioning, but some of that measurement stops recording.

Third parties involved

A short list of outside tools helps us run this site and answer enquiries — analytics platforms, ad platforms (Meta, Google), transactional email, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform for anyone who messages us there. Each is bound by its own privacy terms, separate from ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information stays on file for as long as it’s useful for responding to you, and if you go on to become a client, for the length of that engagement plus a reasonable window afterward for accounting and compliance records.

Your rights over your data
