Let's look at your numbers.
Call, WhatsApp or send the details below — someone who actually runs media accounts replies within one business day, not a lead queue.
What happens after you submit
1. We look at what's actually driving spend, not just the ask
Instead of a form that asks which package you want, we ask what's underperforming — a CAC that's crept up, a page that gets clicks but no conversions, an ad account nobody's touched in weeks. That tells us more than a service name would, and it's usually a different starting point than the one you walked in with.
2. You get a scope and a number, not a monthly retainer sold blind
We come back with what we'd actually do first — which channels, what the first 30 days look like, what it costs — before you commit to anything ongoing. No retainer gets signed on a discovery call alone.
3. The team on your account is the team you spoke to
Whoever scoped your account runs it, including the media buyer and the person building your content calendar. Nothing gets handed to a fresh team that has to relearn your brand, your audience or what's already been tried.
4. Reporting happens on a set day, before you have to ask
You get spend, results and what changes next on an agreed cadence — not a dashboard link you have to remember to check. If a campaign is underperforming, you hear that reasoning the same week, not buried in a month-end recap.

Before you send that message.
Within one business day, and from a person who works on media accounts here — not a lead-gen inbox forwarding you a generic reply.
No — it's a scoping conversation. We ask about your current spend, funnel and channels, tell you plainly if we think we can move the numbers, and only propose a retainer once we understand the account.
Yes, and it helps — seeing what's already running (spend, CAC, creative) tells us more in five minutes than a fresh brief would. We can review read-only access before agreeing on anything.
Current monthly spend if you have one, the platforms you're on (Meta, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn), and the outcome you're chasing — leads, sales, followers, bookings. Rough numbers are fine; we'll ask follow-up questions where it matters.
Yes. Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing run through the same team here and are usually planned together, since the content that performs as an ad is rarely the same as what performs as an organic post. Tell us both and we'll scope accordingly.
Yes. This studio currently runs accounts in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Dubai and India, all managed from Pune. Drop your city into the message and we'll come back with a call window that's actually workable on both sides, not a generic slot that assumes everyone keeps our hours.
That's a completely normal reason to reach out, and we'll treat it as one — the scoping call is the same whether you're deciding this week or three months from now. We'd rather give you an honest number to compare against than a rushed pitch designed to close on the first call.
No, though it helps if you have a rough range. If you don't, tell us the outcome you're chasing and we'll come back with what a realistic budget looks like to get there — including saying plainly if the number you had in mind is too thin for the result you want.
Yes — the phone number and WhatsApp link on this page go to the same team as the form. Use whichever you'd actually use; we're not routing form submissions through a different queue than direct messages.
Whoever would run your account if you sign, not a salesperson who hands you off afterwards. That's deliberate — the person scoping the account is the person who has to actually deliver against whatever they promise, so the scope tends to be realistic rather than optimistic in a way that makes the pitch sound better.
Usually 20 to 30 minutes — enough time to understand your current spend, funnel and goals, and for us to tell you honestly whether we think we can move the numbers. If it needs a longer, more detailed follow-up (a full account audit, for instance), we'll schedule that separately rather than stretch the first call out.
Retainers run month to month after the initial scope, not locked into a long minimum term. We'd rather earn the renewal every month on the strength of the reporting than rely on a contract to keep an account that isn't seeing results.
They stay yours — access is granted to us as an admin or partner on accounts you own, not accounts we create and hold on your behalf. If a retainer ends, you keep the Meta Business account, the Google Ads account and the content library exactly as they were, with nothing to migrate or negotiate back. We'll hand over a plain summary of what's running and why, so whoever picks it up next — in-house or another agency — isn't starting from zero.
